Be happy with what you have in your life....

What is happiness?

That is what all of us trying to find and keep. Isn’t it? Nobody is happy all the time but some are always satisfied than others. Studies on what makes happy proves that, it doesn’t have much to do with material goods or high achievement. It seems to whittle down to your outlook on life and the quality of your relationships with the people around you.

Be Optimistic

If you've always had a pessimistic worldview, it can be difficult to shift your focus, but it is possible to start seeing the glass as half full, not half empty.

  • Understand that the past does not equal the future
  • Use positive affirmations - Write down short statements that remind you of what you're trying to change about the way you see the world. Put them in places where you'll see them every day, such as on your bathroom mirror, the inside of your locker, on your computer monitor
  • Remember that life is short

Live in the Movement

  • Living in the moment is all about living like there's no tomorrow. This realizes beauty of each movement and in everyday activities.
  • Take notice of the world around you- No matter what you are doing, trying to find something beautiful around you. Realize these small things can bring life happiness even to the most boring and routine day
  • Focus on whatever you are doing
  • Smile when you wake up

Make enough money to make your basic needs

Stay close to friends and family - Tell them often how much you love and admire him/her and do anything to help him/her. Keep in close touch with relatives and a small circle of friends

Find happiness in the job you have now

Smile all the time - The world always looks brighter from behind a smile

Happy people are not happy all the time. Everyone has times when they feel sad, frustrated, guilty, and angry and so on. We may all feel negative at some moment in our lives, but try to bounce back and live in the moment, and be content with everything you do.
